Training goals
Strength Training
Strength training is a broad term used to describe an exercise which uses some form of resistance in order to induce contraction and build strength in skeletal muscle. Strength training will also improve anaerobic endurance, increase metabolism, increase bone density and manage weight.
WEIght loss
Body composition is the proportion of fat and fat free mass in our bodies. A healthy body composition is one in which the percentage of body fat is lower than the percentage of fat free mass (muscle, bones & organs). Reducing body fat will improve your body composition and your overall health as there is less strain on your body & internal organs.
Hypertrophy
Muscle hypertrophy is a term which refers to the growth & increase in size of the muscle cells, i.e greater muscle mass. Hypertrophy training will increase protein synthesis & continue burning calories even after your training session has ended.

Entry to the gym is included in the price for each PT session you undertake. This means that you can use the gym, and its changing facilities if necessary, without a full membership. You will not be able to train at the gym independently though unless you join and become a member.
