One to ONe Training

A training program designed specifically around your current level of fitness, desired goals & personal commitments. You will receive a workout which can be completed independently in between sessions, at home or in the gym depending on your circumstances. This will be progressed as required to keep you challenged and motivated. You will also be given access to a working document, which includes training notes, to assist you maintaining the correct form when exercising independently. The working document is also a place to record your training results and nutrition to visualise your progress.

If your significant other / training buddy has a similar goal they are striving to achieve these sessions would allow you to train together. You would be provided with all of the above along with the added benefit of an extra motivator increasing your support network further!

Block bookings

You’ve made the decision to change your lifestyle, so why not cement your commitment to the program with a block booking? Block bookings are a great way to motivate yourself for up to 12 weeks and can even save you money with free sessions! Block sessions can be booked in at a frequency that suits your current schedule and desired goals.

Remove the stress with a nutrition plan tailored to you and your goal. After completing a detailed questionnaire and food diary you will get a full consultation (lasting up to 2hrs) including a plan to follow which removes the guesswork & ensures your macronutrients are met, advice around how your health can be improved through nutrition, assessment of potential vitamin & mineral deficiencies, supplement recommendations, guidance in creating new habits to implement these changes, a 22 page pdf full of recipes, dressings & different food flavouring ideas AND an optional follow up body composition check to keep you accountable & check on your progress!

All payments are to be made prior to any training session taking place.

Although block bookings are to be paid in full at the start of the package, your training sessions can be booked at your convenience and wont expire. 

No refund will be given if a training session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice; unless in exceptional circumstances. Free sessions will be forfeited.
